Mohamad Idros Mosin

Encik Mohamad Idros was the Group Head of Strategic Investments at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”), where he focused on formulating and implementing value creation initiatives for PNB’s public listed strategic and core investee companies. He is currently the Executive Director of Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary highway company of PNB.

Since joining PNB, Encik Mohamad Idros has been involved in various assignments, including the development and evaluation of value enhancement strategies for strategic investments in sectors such as automotive, chemical, infrastructure, logistics, oil & gas, plantation, property, and pharmaceuticals. He has also represented PNB on the boards of ValueCap Sdn Berhad, SJM Flex (M) Sdn Berhad, Benua Sakti Sdn Bhd, and several other private limited companies within the PNB Group.

Encik Mohamad Idros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia, an Executive Diploma in Investment Analysis from Universiti Teknologi MARA, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute Australasia. He completed the PNB-IMD Leadership Development Programme at the International Institute for Management Development and the Malaysia-China Economics Programme at the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. Encik Mohamad Idros also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston.
