Moy Pui Yee

Ms Moy is currently a Partner and Co-head of the Mergers & Acquisition Practice Group at Rahmat Lim & Partners and has been in active legal practice since 1992. Her practice focuses on takeovers, mergers and acquisitions (both private and public), joint ventures, foreign investments, and corporate commercial transactions. She has been involved in transactions across a wide range of industries, including financial services, energy and power, manufacturing, retail and consumer, hospitality, and plantations. She is also a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, the firm’s associate firm in Singapore.

Ms Moy graduated with a degree in Economics in 1988 and a degree in Law in 1990 from Monash University, Australia. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1992.
