The Sime Management Trainee Programme aims to nurture aspiring young talents to become the future generation of leaders. This 15-month programme is designed to cultivate leadership potential through intensive formal training, in-depth knowledge sharing, and hands-on experience in strategic and operational roles.

Our trainees will be exposed to Sime’s diverse businesses via rotations through multiple departments, for a holistic working experience at Sime

Trainees will be at the heart of innovative projects, with the opportunity to tackle dynamic business challenges, guided by experienced mentors who will provide support and guidance every step of the way. Who do we look for?

We are seeking high-achievers and self-driven individuals who meet the following criteria:

Fresh graduate or individuals with less than two (2) years of working experience

Expected to achieve, or has achieved, either a second class upper (2:1) final degree classification, or a minimum CGPA of 3.3 in an undergraduate or master's degree from a reputable academic institution
