Muhammad Noor Abd Aziz

Encik Muhammad Noor was the Chief Financial Officer of the Motors Division of Sime Darby Berhad from September 2020 to October 2023, overseeing all financial matters and disciplines across the Motors Division. He was then appointed as the Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer of Sime Darby Berhad, a role he held until 12 December 2023, before assuming his current position.

Before joining Sime Darby, Encik Muhammad Noor was the Chief Financial Officer of UEM Edgenta Berhad and the Group Chief Financial Officer for Pos Malaysia Berhad. He also spent nearly 15 years with Nestle, holding various roles in multiple countries.

With over 26 years of experience as a finance and business leader, Encik Muhammad Noor possess vast experience in manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, package/freight delivery, healthcare, infrastructure solutions, and the automotive industry within FMCG, retail, concession, and trading sectors.

Encik Muhammad Noor holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Salford University, United Kingdom. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has also attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in Boston and the Corporate and Financial Restructuring Programme at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance.
