Kuala Lumpur, 13 June 2014 – Sime Darby Berhad and its related companies (“Sime Darby”) have announced to Bursa Malaysia that they have entered into a Consent Judgment in two Suits namely:-
Sime Darby instituted the suits against the Defendants in December 2010 following losses suffered by its Energy and Utilities Division in the 2010 financial year.
